SENSA HAS NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER CARE

I bought Sensa Total on March 2011 with great sense of believe that quality of water is secured. As far as quality of water is concerned, I would rate as excellent. But customer service is extremely poor. I have covered my purifier under AMC and recently the tap of the purifier got broken 3-4 days back. I called on their helpline from my registered mobile no 9440236913.


I was assured for quick service but till date the Tap couldnot get replaced. I believe the EUREKA FORBES outsources the service to some local guys having no resources and the company also don’t give damn followup to the services to the customer care. If my purifier does get in order in the next 48 hours. Thinking to go to consumer forum for recovery towards charges of AMC.  The Company can contact me on 9440236
