Defective product, torturing customer service.

I would like to share my experience about Aquaguard Total Sensa.


I request for demo, , it was denied.


I still ordered Total sensa, then representative brought the product & it was kept in packed box, & fitting was fixed for other day.


I was surprised to see that product when kept in packed condition was leaking, when rep came other day, he told that product filter was washed in thane lab, then I told we have learnt while buying new product that when it moves from company in packed condition, it should reached consumer house as it is approved.


Then on other sales executive send his team leader..who came to convince me to buy total enhance, he told me service charges for sensa is appox 4k at year, , while for enhance it is approx 15k, then I told him you confused me with two product, i told will buy after live demo, i told him to bring enhance green, he brought total enhance uv, thn I saw demo of enhance , then I saw a something shocking, , , whn technician opened the rear end of sensa, , to show demp. Then I saw two wires were joined and no tape was applied when ask team leader agreed it was defective and repaired product.


I was shocked I told him I dont need any product, and day whn  sensa came to my house and it was dripping in packed condition, I already called cm care and logged the complain, and whn I called cm care they always give me jazz, & isntead of forwarding complain they were trying for replacement of sensa wherein I wanted refund, which I got after long fight back,


Then I forward a complain form web, , i got call from my local authorise dealers place, who told me will forward the complain whn explained her my experience.


Now I want to know if I would have installed the prodcut on the same day whn it was brought I would have regret and lost my 18k, , , and let me tell u my monthly salary is 16k..i wanted to by this sensa for my mom.


I also wanted to inform u whn I ordered sensa a rep told me why am buying sensa instead should buy enhance he told me why iam wasting 7k for just RO feature, , thn also I told him no I wanmt sensa because it sense the water before purification, , thn I came to know they didnot had this product as it was of august manufacturing


I would request u to help me..
