END RESULT: SERVICE ENGINEERS SAYS UNABLE TO DETECT ISSUE WILL COME BACK TOMORROW AND REPLACE THE PUMP(i.e. 12/03/2012) WE HAVE ATTACHED VIDEO OF WHATS THE ISSUE. THE POWER LIGHTS JUST CONTINUOUSLY ON AND OFF RESULTING NON OPERATIONAL AQUAGUARD.

What we want:
Replace entire machine with new one or repair till we are satisfied or if you cant replace/repair then return our money back Rs.20, 900/- so that we can switch to Kent RO(We have used them in the past and they are 1000 miles ahead of you in terms of service and commitment).
