I purchased AQUAGUARD TOTAL SENSA 1224111092022523, ITEM CODE GWPDCLB0010000 on 25-06-2010. Invoice no: 2340100918 dt: 25.06.10 & order no: 234018622 dt: 25.06.10: Customer ID: 1007169555.
Above stopped working in a month. On complaint they send service operator, followed by engineer & they could not repair it. So piece was replaced.
This was serviced 3 time in a year by their free service person. I noticed back flushing filters & membrane manually with impure water. I told this to Local Office Representative. After it Mr. Sandip Gandhi Company representative himself was coming on call & giving paid service & filter charge for 2 years [Rs.3000 per year]. Later I came to know he had left company job before 2 years.
Now since 6 months its circuit is out of order. I does not find Circuit. Company have stopped making this Model as it was Failled to provide satisfaction against Money. Local office adwise to purchase New Model. Now it is a DIBBA. What this company’s product life & durability is this much less. Is it a Inter National World Class Manufacturer.
