I went and Finally Bought KENT - PRIDE same as Total Sensa / Total Senza as Aquaguard and it’s franchise took me for a RIDE.
I waited for a long while. If You check my earlier Review called "Mistry Ya Paani Ka Doctor", You will realise that these brand owners treat customers as Jokers and have done nothing to remedy the situation nor are affected by the rising no. of complaints against them. Realising that if Eureka Forbes cannot respond to such harassed customers, it’s no point going to consumer court or address this matter legally.
I this time made up my mind to go ahead with KENT and am quite happy with the way the entire installation is carried out. The product made by KENT may not appear great in finish but performance is good.
Now since I am a Proud owner of KENT - PRIDE, I request Aquaguard, that when I hand over my Total Sensa / Total Senza machine to the Cancer Trust (they visit my home every month for old newspapers and other articles), , the needy should not suffer and hope You at least provide the service for them. The only other alternative would be to scrap the unit.
What Eureka Forbes is practicing is Corruption - Corporate style and duping innocent customers like me. For me Now the DOOR is Shut for Every Product You make and Sell - a decision for my lifetime and lessons to learn for my next generations from my experiences.
