1. I have SENSA model ; Soon after installation machine started giving problems, Technician came many times after repeated complains with lapse of two to three days, the person through whom machine was purchased says approach coy. The repairing technicians are telling stories. But most of the time machine has been down since installation and has been communicated to your office. Even many times no one picks phone and have to really struggle for telling complain.
2. On completion of ten months technician started telling to go for AMC. Since machine down time is too much so lastly I have to go for AMC even then machine is not getting on, technician came tried to repair on 02 sep, could not repair, Went back with a promise to visit next day. Contacting by ph on replies one part is defective, on asking in evening through phone replies spare is not available and being arranged.
3. The problem continues despite complains and various assurances by company.
This machine has been unreliable since installation despite paying for AMC .You will agree I have lost mental peace and feels cheated and harassed; has been waiting for technician visit. Now on questioning I am being blamed .
