I purshased an aquaguard water purifier last year in chennai. I have already written a review about its worst customer care. now I will tell u the problems that I had with the machine since last one year.
water not getting filtered -10 times
water overflows over the tank - 3 times
water leaks through outflow tube even if the machine is switched off - 2 times
change of filters -2 times
water level detector not functining -2 times.
For each problem, I had to make ’several’ complaints before they come and rectify the problem.
i strongly advise u not to buy any product from this company.
if u r going to ignore my advice and believe in what the representatives tell u soothingly- u r going to suffer a lot.
My current problem is water leaking through outflow tube and nil activity of the machine. I registered complaint on 18/10/2011. till now I have called them 15 times regarding this problem- 5 days back, a mechanic from the company, came and inspected the machine and said he will come the very next day and correct it. today it’s 09/11/11. I called them again today morning- they responded as usual with the monotonous voice : "sorry madam, ur problem will be corrected within 24 working hours".
