Here is a letter to the Aquaguard Team:
I regret to bring to your notice that I am highly disappointed by poor quality of products being offered and fallacious and unfulfilled services by Eureka Forbes.
I purchased the Aquaguard Enhance RO (Model: GWPDENGNR10000GREEN RO WP NEW) on 29th Sep’13. Since the day of purchase, I am facing the issue of leakage from water tap section.
On my request to mend/change the unit, the manager (Mr. Taneja, Regional Manager, Jaipur) and customer service comfortably mentioned that it is manufacturing fault which is present in all these models and therefore the company cannot keep on changing units for all the customers.
Furthermore, after recent periodical cleanup by the serviceman, I am facing issue of leakage from discharge pipe section as well (ideally, when the machine is off, there should be no discharge of impure water, but it is still seeps)
I fail to understand why at first Eureka Forbes is selling defective products to the customers and then do not live up to their expectations to change them after customer complaints.
I am of strong opinion that you being the face of a revered company would take immediate steps and arrange to change the faulty unit to uphold my faith as a customer in your organization.
