Eureka Forbes just dont listen after Selling

It has been 4 weeks since my aquaguard has stopped working. Despite continuous calls and follow up they just keep moving me in circles stating the service man will visit the next day. The service finally turned up one day without the part although it was clearly stated that the tap is not working. The service person was more interested in servicing the machine for a charge but not too interested in repairing. Finally he said he would bring the part the next day. It has been over a week now he is nowhere to be seen nor contactable. The request number is 0078003370 and 0077941773 and customer id is 1009591795. I just don’t know how these guys run the company by fooling the customers. I am Frustrated with this product and the company.
