I bought AquaSure 3PCTi Storage Water Purifier last October. Once life of Filter (Battery) was over. I approached to all the Customer care and shops in Bangalore to buy a new filter. But what all I got , we dont have the filter for this product. Finally I got to know that Eureka just launched product. Filters is not available in the market(They are not selling filters/ batteries).
I am shocked how can a company launch their product with out accessories. I would say Eureka Forbes is the worst service provider in this field. I have done big mistake buying their product. So who ever is buying please never go for this product. But if you are ready to pay 2299/- for 3 months then you can go ahead. After that you can buy water cans and fill into that. So once again I would say never go for this product.
