Once the amrit cartridges(3 nos.) got over, which I got with the product purchase, the problem started. The new cartridge I bought dint even filter 100 liters of water.
When I submitted a service request the guy comes next day and says the cartridge is not working, need to replace it with new one. I had already one spare with me and gave that to him and he fixed it(which I could have only done) and said he can’t give assurance on how many days the cartridge works. But on their site it says 750 liters of water with one cartridge. On this, he charges me RS. 100 as visiting fees. WTF!
Replacing the cartridge was not the solution for my problem, anyways this was the first product I bought from Eureka Forbes and won’t go for any other products as their service sucks. I will go to some other company’s RO+ UV filter.
Service is one of the worst I have experienced with any other company.
