I have purchased Amrit Kitanu magnet purifier just one week back. The water got filtered just for 5 days. From two days, the water is getting filtered only drop by drop. Only around one litre of water is getting filtered over night. This is worst product from eureka forbes. Don’t buy this product at any cost even don’t accept it even if you get it for free. Hindustan pure it was 100 times better. We used for more than 5 years. Never we faced even one problem.
I am calling customer care from yesterday, every time i get a response that "we have made note of your request and our representative will contact you shortly" .
Even after having a new water purifier, I am forced to purchase bottled purified water for the past two days.
