I made a complaint on 29th July for servicing of my Aquasure 18 litre purifier. After nobody attended to the complaint for 5 days I followed it up again on 3rd Aug. After apologising for the same they said they would ensure that the service guy attends to me on the same day.
2 days passed and there was no sign of the service person. After rigorous following up on 5th AUG the customer care just kept giving me different numbers and even told me that I can get the cartridge in the market myself and change it. The customer care department keeps fooling you till no end
Never seen such pathetic after sales service from any brand. How much you value your customers after selling the product is evident over here. Would surely keep distance from Forbes products in future and recommend the same to others also.
