I am from Bangalore, I am one of first buyers of this, at that time it is called super kit shield, we have one offer also that we will get one super kit shield they gave one coupon kind of thing, we are also happy, then there are options on that coupon we can do redeem it online or we can call call center to redeem it, I tried first online, simple that webpage is not taking my date of birth.
I tied all formats, without that form is in complete, so it won’t accept that so I have no option but call customer care, it is very good they taken my request, gave me a reference number also, so then I am very happy, but then nothing happened for 20 days I called again gave my reference number, I they it will be resolved in 2 days, I am again happy, but nothing happened, then same thing happened for 5 times, then again I gone to then facebook page ranted there with all detailed, after few days it is made to resolved but nothing happened on the ground. Then I wrote to eurekaforbes that they completely destroyed my faith in brand I will never again by any eurekaforbes product then also no one responded becuase they don’t need customers simply.
