I have purchased a Amrit model Aquasure purifier on 8th July at Rathna Stores, Chennai... and installed it as per instruction of the sales exec and the demo CD. Since Sunday evening (~65 hours), it has filtered 7 liters and the promised flow rate was 6-8 Lph (Liters / Hour). The water I use is Chennai Metro (Municipal, soft, treated) water after storing for 24 hours. What should I do now???
I was using packaged drinking water till now for convenience. The other alternative is to boil the Municipal water, cool it and filter using conventional filter.. this was very tedious in my busy schedule and so I did choose this "Amrit model Aquasure purifier ". The "Kitanu Magnet" is not allowing water.. it is very strong I think... it is catching all water to itself . . .
I did a big mistake without checking for user reviews and going only by the Sales person’s words... Now regretting...
The customer care : ( I don’t want to talk about them and their 24 hour promise)
