I wanted to inform all my fellow consumers that never do the mistake of buying this product. I purchased this product around four months back and facing extreme torture from that time. There is always problem of water not getting filtered fast. It just comes drop by drop. Even we can bear with this but not with the kind of service eureka gives. Just to reach the customer care executive through phone, you have to spare at least 15 mins. You always get a message that all our executives are busy and kindly hold.
Not sure why they cannot increase the manpower if the complaints are that much. You register the compliant and the executive tells that within 24 hours the engineer will reach your place which never happens. You have to daily follow up and get the status of complaint.
You always get to speak to a new executive and you have to explain the problem right from scratch. He/she also promises the same that within 24 hours the service engineer will come. If you raise the compliant online, then you cannot escalate it as it always shows the message that the step 1 is in progress.
You can only escalate once the engineer comes and attends the call. Till that time there is no option to escalate the call request. It is such a kind of torture that you have to continuously follow up, otherwise it will be always pending. If you ask the customer care executive to transfer the call to manager, then he/she says that pl wait till the call is transferred. While you will be thinking that you can fire the manager, the call would have got disconnected by that time.
I had to make alternate arrangements for drinking water like buying bottled water till the issue gets resolved. Hindustan Pureit is 100 time better than this one. We never faced such problems with pure-it. The service is also quite good. They come with in one day.
