Worst service

It has been a month since I have been chasing Eureka Forbes to come and service Eureka Forbes Aquasure Aquaflow DX UV Water Purifier.

Every second day, someone new calls me, takes my address and complaint all over again, assures me someone will turn up and no one has to date. Terrible terrible service.

First they will say pay this much amount and u will get 8 service 4 filter change in 2 years but after u pay and after 6 months they will say no. 4 service and 2 filter change in 2 years.

Will never recommend Eureka Forbes to anyone.
