I had brought an Aquasure Aquaflow Dx (UV Water Purifier) 1 year (June 2012) back. From the day one on wards, I am having problem with their Customer Care and Service. After 2 weeks of continuous calling and email, I had it installed. Then the water purifier, even it doesnt have the said quality, worked for nearly 5-6 months. Then the water became really bad and I complained. After long 1 week continuous follow-up, the technician came and replaced the filter inside. It costs 800 Rs including the service charge.
Then after 7 months, again another filter change. Then after 1 month, it was giving impure water and I called the Customer Service. They came after 10-12 days and cleaned the filter. From the way he was doing the repair, it was clear he doesnt know even how to open the purifier. He did something and it was giving impure water even after repair. I told him that and he told after use for some days, the water becomes clear.
It is now 1 months from then and now also the purifier is giving water containing dust particles. After his repair, the outlet is having a leak also and is giving electric shock if we touch the metal part while it is switched on.
I had called/emailed (Service Request Number: 4EED021964) the Customer Care but the response is as usual that that they will sent a technician soon. 3 service including 2 filter change in 1 year time, nearly 1900 Rs as maintenance cost itself for an year. Rs 275 is the service charge for just opening the purifier.
Pathetic Customer Service and Very Poor Technicians. They dont even give a receipt for service or parts. So I suggest dont ever buy Aquasure Water Puriifiers.
