I Bought a Aqua Crystal Model with 2 Maintenance free (AMC), Its been almost 11 months now with none of the service done.
I call up the customer care on 26th June and register a request for Service and filter change, Was committed to be done in 24 working hours.I waited until 5th July for someone to revert back on this and finally decided to speak to the CC Team Leader for delay, With one more commitment for resolution in next 24 hours I hoped for the best, Which eventually turned bad even ill today on 11 no one reverted back.
Its been a pain following and getting false commitment from CC with no results after 16 days of compliant launch.
I am lucky that the filter has not malfunctioned or else I have to spend daily bugs on mineral waters
My sincere suggestion is to not buy a eureka forbes product.
