I have purchased Eureka Forbes UV light model purifier approx 1 year ago. But I am highly disappointed with the service of Eureka Forbes.When ever I asked for service it took one month. Now approx one month ago, I have complained for change filter on 02502403081 and also on VIJAY SALES VASAI from where I purchased the purifier.
After that I have called so many times but they told they do not have the filter. Now when I asked for complain no. then they said they have maintain only register there have no such complain no. I have registered one complain in this site before also.
Sir I request you to please help me to get replace my machine because this is new model and there have no such trained technician for the model on the service center and even the part of the machine is not available at your service center.
