I called for servicing of my Designa model on the 20th of August. I was assured that a mechanic would drop to my place by 20th evening. I called up again on the 21st and got a Service Technicians number. This technician promised that he would be reaching my place by 2 PM on Saturday. He didn’t turn up and I called him again and he promised that he would be coming to my place on Sunday morning at 10 AM.
The Technician finally came in at 3 PM on Sunday and did some servicing and said some spare parts are required and he would be back in another day or two. Its been more then 1 week after that and the technician has not arrived yet. My machine is lying dismantled and I am unable to use it. I sometimes feel why the hell did I have to call a Service guy to service my machine as without servicing it was working properly. The Technician’s name information:

I thought this guy would not turn up again so called up the Euro Helpline on Wednesday the 25th of August. From then on I am calling the helpline daily and am told that a service technician would be at my doorstep the same day which does not happen at all.
If anybody has any idea of any third party company who takes care of servicing then please let me know so that I can get my machine up and running soon.
The bottomline is I would never recommend anyone to buy any Eureka forbes product as the service is pathetic
