Pathetic service

Dear All


Buy eureka forbes product only when you have ample time to wait for them. These people work according to there whims and wishes and don’t understand the urgency or limitations of the customer. My experience with this company goes as below


Bought thre product from vijay sales 8 months back. Since our’s is a working couple requested them to come and install the product either before 9am or after 7 pm or any holiday. Also they were requested to call me before coming but in vain. One fine wednesday (after some 10 days on me buying the product) at 3.30 pm I recieve a call from their representative that we have come to install the purifier at your place and there is no one. When asked them why I was not called up before coming the reply given to me was "we dont call before coming". Fortunately I was just 5 km away from my residence so managed to reach my place in 20 minutes. Imagine a person staying at borivali if he is at nariman point can he make it????


After that a real nightmare begins. My regular service which is due after 6 months is still pending because they can sell the product on sunday but they can’t service it. They can’t come to t acustomer’s place after 7 pm because they are too busy.Last and not the least have shifted my residence and at a new place requested them to install the same. Waiting for their representative from last 6 days to do the same but still no one even bothered to call me back though the requested was placed at their call center 6 days back.


So guys look for other options other than eureka forbes for water purifiers becuase its  a company who doesn’t believe in customer service at all
