I got this product going by it’s looks. It really looks cute. 1 more thing I liked about it was the water flow rate. It’s quite decent. Water flows at decent speed.
Durability is very bad. We just went out for 1 week trip and switched off the machine. When we came back, we switched it on and started using it. Immediately all members of our family fell sick. God knows what’s inside this machine. Do they nurture bacteria inside the box???
Then I registered a complaint through call center. It’s now 1 month and nobody has turned up.I searched on internet and found out the service center number and then I came to know that call center idiots have not even registered my complaint. This is really mean, third class service.
I shall never in my lifetime buy another product from Eurekha Forbes. Let the top people in this third class company go straight to hell and remain there forever.
