I’m repenting for my hasty decision of getting Aqua Sure Elegant RO. The sales Rep was boasting very high, 8 ltr capacity, need not change filters for 3 years, single button auto flush etc., while it was clearly written that it has only 6 ltrs capacity, that was my first hint to step back, but my bad time was haunting me, I went ahead and bought it.
I called the helpline which is not tollfree hence wasted some bucks there, then finally after 3 days I receive a call for installation, again asking for address details, what the hell? why do you collect the address at the first point?
The technician comes in and breaks open the thermocol packing while he could have gently pulled it out! he took out few items from his bag and did the process and in about 20-30 mins, he was done with the installation, pretty impressive for his time sense, then he suggested to add another filter that would cost about Rs. 950 that provides additional filter to safeguard the inner filters.
However I declined, then he wrapped up the things and vanished in no time, he answered only the few questions that were asked, how showed no interest in explaining how the product works and how to maintain it regularly! I then realized that he had took away few spares from the installation kit, without fitting them. I call him back immediately to know that I need to pay additional Rs.120 for a plastic valve which he used in the place of my steel valve that came with the kit. I had no other way than to pay him what he demanded for. I then realized that he didn’t put in the chlorine tablets for first wash of tank, while he lied that he did put it in the tank.
The product was dirty after installation, and I then realized there is no such option for Flushing the tank automatically. Then I logged in to check for the product features in the Eurekaforbes website, to my surprise there is no product model "Elegant RO" listed in the site! WTH? what have I bought?
Eureka, then I checked for the reviews to realize that I was in deep shit!
let me remind you that Companies with no concern for customers haven’t lasted long in the market!
