We have been trying in vain to get an Aquasure Elegant RO installed in our home from the 19th of Jan. Today, 6 requests later, I have a partially installed machine which I cannot use. I just wonder why I remained loyal to this company. You just cannot escalate the complaint as there is no manager available.
Every request/complaint is treated as fresh with no trail of the previous pending problem. Can I return the junk I bought? By the way the installation is pending because the technician did not have enough waste pipe, connector, and clips to fix the waste blue pipe to the basin! Why do they sell equipment if they cannot install or service it in time/well enough?
I refused to sign the installation report, so he just called his manager and packed up his equipment and left, didnt care a hang if I signed the report or not - didnt bother to give a demo either.
And the sad part is even today I have no access to any manager to escalate my complaint, or any assurance that this work will be completed tomorrow. And I cant even return the item as it has been fixed on the wall already - half installed!
