We had an aqua guard which was few years old but was working fine. The technician who came to our house for regular service painted a horrible picture of the state of the equipment, scared us to death so we decided to buy a new one.
We have several months left in our existing auqa guard in the warranty. The technician promised that the remain months will be carried forward to our warranty for the new machine. He said it will be done automatically in a weeks time.
That was months ago and till then it has not been done. I have followed up multiple times but the customer care executives only harassed us and didn’t add the remaining months in our warranty and also refused to refund it. I followed up many times but they didnt help resolve it. I feel cheated that they stole my money, didnt give me the service for which they have taken the money.
This kind of companies don’t last, ill gotten money never stays with such pathetic companies.
I regret patronizing such an unethical company for more than two decades.
