Good machine bad service

My nano RO was not working I lodged a complain on 20th july 2014


I was promised that a technician will visit me in 24-48 hours


till 11th august my complain was not attended


every time I call they would promise me that a technician will visit me in 24-48 hours


but nobody visited me in 3 weeks.


finally a  customer- care rep gave me the direct number for the service center


the excuse that they gave me for not attending my complain was very amusing and unbelievable and very filmy. .


I live in Gangotri building A wing in Mira Road and there is another Gangotri building A wing in Mira Road 300 meters away from my building.


so they attended  a complain in the other Gangotri building and closed my complain


sir my name is different my product model is different my mobile number is different my complain number is different


AND I WAS STILL CALLING AND COMPLAINING AND ANYBODY WITH HALF A BRAIN WOULD UNDERSTAND THAT MY COMPLAIN WAS NOT ATTENDED


my 3 year old understood that my complain was not attended


Finally after living on mineral water for 3 weeks I fixed it myself.
