Poor response/selling used filters as new

I’d raised a service request (70923299) by calling on Eureka Forbes (1860 266 1177) call center, Even after 8 days when didn’t get any response, called again for status but got some irrelevant excuses, finally their person visited my place and advised for filter replacement.


I agreed as it almost passed one year time, while he was replacing I noticed the filters he was carrying doesn’t seem to be original or new as it wasn’t packed/wrapped and it has lots of scratch mark on it even colour of part seemed to be dimmed..


I tired to reach their call center to verify but they denied mentioning they’r not aware of any technical specifications.. Didn’t get much info on internet too..not sure how to verify it and whom to approach..
