I Brought Nano RO more then a year back. It worked well for few months then it started giving problem.
Like water leakage from tank.
When we called to aqua sure customer care and they said that he will come in 24 hours but he came after 8 or 9 days that too after calling repeatedly. This happened 2 times since purchase within 8 months time.
Now 2 days back I called them again to change the filter, Saturday(26-07-2014) one lady picked up my call she took 20 min to register my complain but later no one came, so Monday again I called them to remind but I was shocked that she did not registered my complain. now again I asked them to write a complain. let see how many days they will take.
I do not know which company’s watch they are using i.e. how they are calculating 24 hours?
Please go with any other company then eureka Forbes. worst customer care people and worst service. Save money and time.
