I had bought Aqua Sure Nano RO . after 13 months Just when the warranty ran out . I started having problems with the filter. I called on the paid no 18602661177 spoke to an hour the Representative very confidently told me that within 24 hours the tech will come and said that charges are 400 rs for the technicians visit and also the rep tried to dupe me with AMC contract which costs 4500/- thank God I dint bought that because I was skeptical about the service.
The next day on 30th september the Technician called and asked the address. told he will come shortly during afternoon the person did not show up we waited the whole day paid hundreds of rs to order water gallons . The next day we called back the technicians phone no the person said he will come to the house shortly in 1 hr We waited but still no response from the technician After having waited for hours we called the phone no again multitple times the tech did not answer . Guessing that he knows our no and is not picking up the call we tried calling him from different phone #’s the tech picks up the call as soon as we talk about service he disconnects the call when calling from the registered no. I am being denied service
