I bought Aquasure RO nano on 15-August-2011, but since then I got so many technical problems with this product. Since last 3 months on an average every week I have to call for complaints like no output of water, continues flow of waste water (because of this water wastage of overhead tank). After continues follow-up representative will come and then 2/3 days product will work then after same problem remain. So this means wastage of time & energy (overhead tank water + electricity)
Now I’ll tell you how wastage of money: I bought it in 8500 rupees. Now they are saying that I have to change filters+membrane costing 3000 rs. (as life of this filters + membrane is only 1 year. Every year you have to change filters+membrane) then for 1 year service they will charge 3500 rs.
So product prise: 8500 rs.
Every year maintenance+filter&membrane replacement cost: 3500+3000= 6500 rs. (means every year u have to give 76% of initial cost of product)
Now you can imagine how worst this product is.
