An extremely bad product, horrible service

I am disgusted with Aquaguard service. I have a leaking Aquasure Elegant RO for which I called helpline on 2 Nov, 2011 - Ticket Number: 64319109,  web request: f750824ef3b0  -  Now 18 days later a Technician has still not come to fix it. I am fed up calling customer help line every day and with promises that the issue has been escalated and the product will be fixed.


I purchased this product for Rs 10, 000 last April 2010. There are contant leakage issues since installation. Recently a Technician charged me 3000 to change solenoid coil. Another Rs 5000 for AMC. Rs 8000 for a product of Rs 10, 000!


Once AMC was signed Technicians never showed any interest in turning up. Its inexcusable that for a water based product, the solenoid coil keeps burning out due to leakage!


Since I have not got any proper service even after 18 days, I plan to approach a lawyer and go to consumer court tomorrow morning.


I would not recommend Aquaguard to any of you who plan to purchase it.
