I have seen similar reviews in here. I bought this product for around 18.5K and after 2 years of usage there is too much water leakage and it takes almost 4 hrs to fill the water purifier tank. The leakage itself amounts to 4 big buckets of water.
I bought an annual maintenance contract for around 5K for a year and thats again waste of money.
I have already serviced it twice and have raised a complaint for the third time today for the same issue. Still nothing has been fixed. When the service person comes and repairs it works fine for 2-3 weeks and the same problem happens again.
I’m just frustrated after spending close to 25k on this and still getting pathetic service. I will never recommend this product to anyone.
