How Croma & Aquasure Work for Customers

I made a purchase of this product on 11th April(Friday) at a Croma store in Hyderabad. The sales person promptly said that it will be installed in 48 hours. As Sunday is a holiday, I expected Monday would be the D-Day. And no response by anyone till Tuesday. On Wednesday I called Croma, who said it will be done by end of day. And this repeated for the next 2 days. And everyday after I call them, they will send me a message that my request has been reopened. I dont know why they closed it.


And on Friday, I requested croma people to check again, whose executive gave me commitment that it will be done today. Anyways, I requested to share the service request number, so that I can know the status of it. Because every time they say that engineer has been assigned for your installation and we expect it to be complete by end of day today.


Then, I called up Aquasure service centre to enquire about the status. This was the awesome part, I called at 7PM, the executive said it will done in an hour (maybe their shift ends at 8PM). Finally, another day goes down. On Saturday(today, after 8 days of purchase), I escalated the issue to Aquasure Manager, who enlightened me by saying that 48 hours means 48 working hours, so that means 6 working days (as they work 8 hours a day). Hence, they are still not behind schedule and it will be done by 12PM. This response is the most silly and so idiotic.


At the end of the day, still I am calling both the CC’s. I am ready to open it myself and try a hand to install it or ask my plumber to do it. Even now, they say it will be done today. I am waiting eagerly for THE TODAY, which never comes. I would be glad if they say that we are facing a problem it could not be done for the next one week, I would be more happy than what they are doing now. Now Croma executive is asking me to go late to office on Monday at 12PM, because the engineer will come for installation. I cant say anything about the product because they are letting me use it.
