I intend to purchase the storage water filter from aquaguard for use at my son’s Bangalore flat and I called the representative of the aquaguard at my door step to demonstrate for a storage water filter but the representative of the distributor told me that they will not be able to provide me the after sales services.
If there will be any problem occurs on the storage water filter they are unable to replace the parts as these are not readily unavailable. Therefore they discourage to purchase it. Rather they advise me to purchase a direct water flow water purifier from them for which they can provide me the services/support.
I intended to purchase it for my son’s use but after hearing from the representative of the distributor/dealer/franchise about the hassel of after sales services I abandoned my idea to purchase it. Therefore I advise all the consumers to ask specifically about the after sales services of the product before purchase of it.
