This is Taha Abbas Rizwani. I have purchased a Eureka Forbes compact water purifier in Pune 5 days back with a assurance from the sales executive whose name is Sambhaji and number is 9763571518 that it will be installed in 24 hours, its 5 days now and no one has come for installation.
The sales executive does not pick up the phone and when I call the local office they give new complaint number always. I have paid the entire amount in cash and don’t know what to do.
What I want to know is aquaguard there to cheat customers? My complaint number is 88804802. I would strongly advice people never go for products of this company.
