Pathetic customer care service..in one word,,sucks

Very True. SUCH A PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE. I purchased this aqua sure nano from eureka forbes in Big BAZAR, Pune a month ago. It suddenly stopped working three days back. I called the customer care and logged a complaint: my complaint no is- 83852870. I was told that I will be attended in 24-48 hours. Its been 7 days and no response from them. I called the customer care again to get the status and so unfortunate to say that THE EXECUTIVE DIDN’T EVEN HAVE THE MANNERS TO TALK. He said that no technician is available so it can’t be done.


When I asked that its more then 3 days and asked the executive to talk in a nice manner. He said "Thank you for calling eureka forbes" and had cut the call. What the hell! I was surprised how the executives are not trained to attend the customers. I called three times today to customer care and they have kept me on hold for more than 8 minutes and at the end said that they can’t help. I couldn’t even get some senior’s number so that I could escalate the issue.


THEY JUST DON’T CARE WHAT A CUSTOMER FEELS. I wish that mouth shut gives a possibility to give zero rating then I would prefer to give that rating here. They want to only sell their product but no service then why give a warranty and service commitment guys?
