I purchased this product about 1 year back. Trying to replace the cartridge from 22nd july. Hv called about 100 times on 18602661177 and do get only a promise of serviceman visit today. My complaint reference no. is 87323115. This is my worst service experience.
Please do not buy any of their product if you want peace of mind. All their customer care representatives and trained authors and have only promises to make. From the past 20 days they say someone would call my cell 8611 for service but nothing happens.
I shall discard it today and purchase Kent or Pure it today.
