I have purchased this purifier about 1.5years back. From the beginning point itself i’ve faced issues in water flow from upper container to lower. After few attempts and reading their instructions i’ve learned to make it work. But every time I clean the purifier I have faced same problems again and again. It was a nightmare experience to clean and use it again every time.
Then i’ve changed the purification kit inside after 6months use. I think each spare i’ve changed inside was much expensive than I thought(not remember the prices now). Finally i’ve decided yesterday that I can not tolerate the problems with this anymore. Even if some service engineer fixes the problems temporarily while cleaning it again i’ll face the same problems. I don’t want my time gets wasted with this idiot product anymore.
Today I started using this one as my dustbin and replaced with Pure it. Thank god this one don’t have any complicated pieces which will stop the waterflow and cleaning seems to be very easy. Also this one has clear indicator about when to change the purification kit inside. Clearly you can avoid this product without any trial. Save your money and Time! more importantly.
