I had purchased the AQUASURE AMRIT 20 LITS from GIRIYAS on 10 Jan 2012. The same day it was found that the tap was leaking and the flow was not good enough.despite many complaints and phone calls nothing has happened so far.
Service heads like MR SARAVANAN and other service guys have only given false promises and has shown no responsibility. I am now contemplating going to the customer redressal cell in Chennai to sort the OEM. Let’s all do the same otherwise these money eating giants will continue to fool the public.
