I am using aquasure 25 ltrs for last 2 years, everything is ok except the speed it cleans the water. It is very slow filter. The new cartridge is not available, when I called customer care. They gave some addresses but unfortunately I was not able to get the cartridges for 25 ltrs there also,
Is this the way company takes care of customers and gives the after sales services. ?
Please let me know where can I get cartridges for 25 ltr aquasure.
