My family is using this product since one and a half years. Aqua Sure Xtra was ok till it worked. Was bought hardly 6 months back. Now, when I want to change the cartridge, Eureka Forbes is not interested. Their helpline says someone will come to replace the cartridge within 24 hrs. I get a call from one of their service chap, I need 300 bucks as travelling cost, only then I can come over to change the cartridge. Another one said its a cheap filter, there is no service provided to replace it.
I feel cheated now. Didn’t expect this from Eureka Forbes.
