We bought AquaSure 3PCTi water filter in Aug 2010(earlier used Pureit) from shop, on the good will of eureka forbes aquaguard success. Though skeptical of the delicate design of the filter, the talk of new type of filter made me into purchase. It was okay for a month, after that tap started leaking. This ==tap identical to the one used in water dispensers, but of inferior quality.
Another crappy thing is the design, only a glass can be kept under the tap, anything vessel bigger than that can’t be put under the filter. I called call centre numerous times(they sound like they can support only filter purchased for their direct sales) to get leaky tap rectified, they gimme request no, say the support will reach in 3 working days and thats it, no response from anybody. Never expected this kind of after sales from eureka, this is worst kind, now I drop my plans(to buy vacuum cleaner) to buy any product from eureka forbes.
