I purchased AquaSure AMRIT 3 months back and from the day one problem started. Problem was very simple - very slow rate of water cleaning; 1 litre per hour instead if 5-8 litres per hour as mentioned on the product.
Called the service center & they replaced the cartage with a new one, although the flow was a bit better but in another few days it was again same 1 litre approx/per hour.
Then the real problem starts. Called Service center 4 times, escalated & then the same person came to take care of the complaint(else no one was coming to look into the issue). This time they said we can’t do anything; AMRIT model has this complaint & you have to live with it. I was not expecting this from such a big brand. I started living with it:(
Another problem occured 10 days when some black particle started coming in the purified water. Called up Service center, registered complaint(#86862320 dated 5th May 2012) & still waiting for someone to look into it:(
Good company, Bad products & Worst service.
Keep yourself away from this company.
