Think twice before you buy Eureka Forbes products. Its a company without support system. You will have to figure out a way to fix the problems associated with the product.
I bought their water purifier and water leakage is happening after 2 month. Called every other number and escalated to every other person.
I must have called at least 10 times, then one person visited to my house and he opened all connection of my Aquasure purifier and left because he found that it is in warranty period.
After that I have called service person and customer support at least 30 times with different numbers but still no response and no show.
My strong suggestion - DON’T BUY EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT.
