This is the worst product from eureka forbes and their customer service is pathetic and so is their technicians.
I bought this product from Flipkart on March 2nd. Within 4 months it stopped working I called cust care and registered a complaint I took 10 days for them to send a person and that too after calling them more than 20 times.
Their technician came and without checking anything said that have to replace the filter after 3 months and you have to pay for that and the warranty is just for tap if it’s clogged they will fix it.
It’s been more than 20 days their cust care will never do anything it doesn’t matter even if you talk to their manager or how many times you raise a complaint they will just give you assurance.
Please be wise and buy water purifier from some other company else you will also regret like me.
