Bought this basic water purifier 2 years back, I stay with my friends, as its affordable bought this. The filter used in purifier has been changed twice in 2 years. You cannot change the filter by yourselves as you cannot but the filter anywhere in the market. You have to call the support & they will send their employee to change the filter, If they don’t reach you within 48 hours, you will be getting the filter for free.
The same applies for any maintenance, the have fixed 50 Rs visiting charges which is very minimal. Overall I like the Product.
If the filter life is over the water will not go through the filter & you have to change filter, you cannot use the purifier as water dispenser without filter. The one thing which I dint like is, the water overflows if there is excess water in upper container. They should have a mechanism which should overcome the outflow of filtered water. Apart from this this product is really good for 2-3 people. I would suggest this if you are a bachelor.
