Hi my name is riyaz shaikh, i am one of your consumer i have purchased euruka Forbes water purifier from Morugan steel emporium chembur pin 400071, amount rupees 11500 on 05-10-2019 next date delivered, mechanics person was supposed to come for fitting on next date but he did not come because due to dussehra holidays, i was ok with his situation ask him to come after 2 days when i called after 2 days he told me that I am not well i got accident he came after 4 days on 10-10-2019 and he told me that product can’t be fitted scenes the water flow is not force full but when i purchased no one inform me about pump mechanics he said he will get a pump from company and no other company pump should be fitted and he said coast around 3000 rupees no guarantee would be given on the pump and made in China products, so due to this lack of time i had to fitted new pump from outside along with pump rupees 4000, pump and pump parts and plumber charged around 2500 which i have to pay total 6500 rupees documents i have also request you to refund 6500 which was i spent extra money because no one inform me about pump due to delay and poor management and proper guidance from the sales team.
