I called to get my aqua guard purifier serviced.
A person who was outsourced by Aqua guard. He replaced my cartridges of 9 months ago and changed my tap as it was loose and he had given his visiting card for any other service in future. He told me if you find any problem conact me and the visiting card which he gave shows that he is a outsourced employee of AQUASHINE TECHNOLOGIES AND AUTHIRISED FRANCHISES OF EUREKA FORBES.
My mom asked him to give the bill for the amount of Rs 650/ but he refused to give. Within a week the whole Tap assembly came out and once I tried to contact he use to tell that I am out of station.
If this is the case then how we can trust like this people who sell out your name so badly. Their service is poor and people’s complain are not addressed properly.
