This was my third call to the toll free number requesting them to send them a service engineer to repair a faulty tap. This is my second complaint in last 6 months you can view the details. God save a customer who buys Dr Aquaguard.
I called back again and the I was told we are lodging a priority complaint and post which I requested to give me the contact details of service engineer. I was given a number 660224735 and this phone has been switched off every time I have tried.
Therefore, you may have a good product however bad service can make the whole experience pathetic.
